Meet the NAVICARE Director of Social Work 

Tiffany Simon Loncon, LMSW

Tiffany graduated from Lamar University with a Bachelors Degree in Social Work in 2002, and from Stephen F. Austin University with her Masters Degree in Social Work in 2007. She has been employed as a Medical Social Worker since 2002 in a variety of settings including the hospital, hospice, home health, and chronic disease management. She is currently seeking to obtain her LCSW, and she is a member of the National Association of Social Workers. Tiffany has been recognized in the local healthcare system for her exemplary ability to build connections with even the most difficult of patients, to navigate them through the healthcare system, and to help them succeed.
